Kora's ideal home

Kora is looking for an active home with adopters who can take her on lots of fun adventures help her build her confidence. She can live with children aged 14 years and over who can read when she is uncomfortable and give her some space. Kora can be a little uncomfortable around other dogs, so is looking to be the only pet in the home, although she would benefit from calm and polite walking buddies to help her build confidence around other dogs. Kora will need basic training, she is a clever bean and is eager to learn with the help of a tasty treat, she will need a refresher on her house training so a private, secure garden is needed. Kora may be able to be left alone for up to 2 hours once settled in but this should be introduced slowly once she has had time to get used to her new home. Kora will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes between 7 - 10 days.

Could you be Kora's perfect match?

Super sweet Kora is a 1 year old Staffy/Boxer Cross with a heart of gold. She bounces around like a little lamb when excited and is very inquisitive about the world around her and loves to explore her surroundings at her pace, taking in all the sniffs and smells along the way. Kora had a tough start in life so takes a minute to get to know people, but once she knows you she loves a fuss, chin and back scratches are her favourite, when she has had enough she will gently remove herself. This gorgeous girl is looking for her new home.

Boxer Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Boxer.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
