Coco is a gorgeous Boxer who steals the hearts of all who meet her. She’s a tactile dog who builds very close attachments to people and can form bonds quickly. And while she may need lots of love and attention, in turn, she has plenty to offer her people pals. Being an older lady with arthritis, she is looking for a relaxing retirement home to enjoy the luxuries that her senior years have to offer. Coco is best suited to a home with secondary-school aged children, who could be gentle around her. She has been known to socialise well with other dogs but can be unsure of those who are big and boisterous, likely due to her arthritis. She is best suited as the only pet at home and a garden of her own is essential. Coco tends to find it challenging when transitioning into new environments and routines. However, allowing her the time she needs to explore her new surroundings and giving her as much comfort as she seeks will help her to feel at ease. Leaving her alone at home should only be kept very minimal and only built up once she is fully settled into her new routine.

All she needs is a cosy bed to rest on, tasty dinners to look forward to, and as many cuddles from her humans as she can possibly get her paws on! Despite her age, she’s still fond of her toys and loves to chase a soft toy if you make it dart around the floor… just like a pup! Overall, this adorable pooch is bound to make for a wonderful companion to her forever family.
