Posie's ideal home

5-year-old Posie is looking for extra special owners to enable her to live her happiest life. This will need to be an adult only home, with no visiting children. Could potentially live in a home with another dog pending a successful dog mix at the centre and can also live with cats. Posie ideally needs a calm home with a family that will give her love, patience and understanding. This lovely lass would benefit from a private secure garden to potter about in. Since being in the centre, she has shown fearful behaviours around unknown men. Her new owners will get our continued support with this training whilst she is settling into her new home.

Posie is a big cuddle bug, who enjoys a snack and loves exploring the big outdoors. She loves to sniff and enjoys her walks and enjoys the company with fellow canine chums. Multiple meets at the centre will be needed if she goes home with a male in the family. She can be left for up to 4 hrs (this will need to be built up slowly) Posie will be a rewarding rehome to a dedicated family keen to continue encouraging her to be the best dog she can be!

Boxer Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Boxer.

View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
